Mortgage Advisor*Mortgage Consultant
£16k-£21k basic (depending on experience) – OTE: £34k plus
Are you a proactive mortgage advisor*consultant who wants to earn a lot of money? Our client, a successful independent estate agency is looking for experienced and CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors*Consultants.
The Role:
You will be responsible for taking sales leads from the estate agency and calling customers to make appointments for them to come into the branch to discuss their mortgage requirements. The role is office based.
The Person:
You will have a strong, purposeful persona, exceptional communication skills and be target driven. Ideally you will be from an estate agency background, however, our client will consider candidates with a sales background preferably face-to-face. You must also have a flexible approach with regards to hours. You must be CeMAP qualified, have a clean credit history and full driving licence.
The Package:
Fantastic package – Salary £16-21k basic with OTE of £35k+ PLUS company car or car allowance, commission starts from the very first day + star car scheme if you hit your sales target you will get a Porsche Boxter for the month!
